At Minis & Crafts, we strive on shipping out quality products and trust in our fellow tabletop gamers. Please contact us if you have any concerns on our products and we will work with you to address them.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
We aim to ship out items within a week of ordering. All items are packed safely with care (using bubble wrap and shipping boxes). While we do pack with plenty of cushioning, the post can sometimes be rough with packages. If there is ever any damage, please contact us and we will resolve the issue, usually by sending a replacement.
